heating unit missing lock
The staff accommodated me quickly upon check-in. The front desk was very helpful.
The heating unit in the room didn't work. I called the front desk. They told me it was happening in other rooms as WELL. Someone brought a space heater but just left it outside. It didn't really help. THE ROOM lacked attention to detail, and i saw imperfections. One chair had what looked like a blood stain. The shower corner looked like it was rotting. Doors for the closet, bathroom, or king room HAD NO LOCKS.

uncomfortable sofa bed visible dirt
the sofa bed was very uncomfortable. i could feel the springs right through the mattress. also, i found some dirt under the sofa. that was not a good thing to see and i expect a bit more when i book a room.

helpful staff wine tasting room cleaning insecure carpark
The front desk staff were nice and helpful. They answered my questions clearly. I found the wine tasting to be a welcome surprise. It was a nice touch after a long day.
There were signs saying that cleaning wouldn't occur . I was only there for a short time. but this could bother those staying longer. the carpark is across the street, and it is not secure. This wasn't ideal late at night.
